This is a conventional request, with no additional agreed upon conditions presented at this time. Case #2506-2 Owner Mark Miller, Marno, LLC and Applicant Harry Tsumas, Metrolina Capital Partners, LLC are requesting to rezone five parcels of land along Josey Road, approximately 51.525 acres, from Residential Agricultural (RA) to Highway Business (HB). This is a conventional request, with no additional agreed upon conditions presented at this time. Case #2506-3 Owner Della White Ann Williams and Applicant Sam Lipman, Finance for Impact are requesting to rezone a portion of a parcel of land along the western side of Wilkesboro Highway/Hwy 115, approximately 40 acres, from Residential Agricultural (RA) to Residential Agricultural Conditional District (RACD).
