    6.h Consider a request from Engineering to approve a municipal reimbursement agreement
    with NCDOT for TIP# HL-0114 (Langtree Road Widening) in the amount of $1,091,000
    with 20% ($218,200) of the funding from the Town of Mooresville and 80% (872,800) of
    the funding from NCDOT and approve corresponding budget amendments. This
    agreement will cover the design of the Langtree Corridor Improvements based on the

    6.j Consider a request from Finance for an amendment to accept a sponsorship payment
    from Lowe’s, Inc. for the Town of Mooresville 150th events in the amount of $82,500,
    to be administered through the Parks and Recreation department.

    6.k Consider a request from Finance to adopt the water and wastewater pricing schedule
    for system development and capacity fees that were not included on the previous fee
    schedule. There has been no change in the fees from the previous year.

    6.l Consider a request from the Fire Department to purchase air packs, cylinders, and
    RIT packs for $104,254.38 to replace old equipment. Funds are available and
    approved in the FY 24 budget.

    6.q Consider a request from the IT Department to approve the funds for year two of a
    three year agreement with Fusus, Inc. for $125,000.00. Funds were approved in

    6.r Consider a request from IT Department to approve an annual software maintenance
    agreement with CentralSquare Technologies in the amount of $166,590.24 for the

    6.s Consider a request from IT Department to approve the funds for year three of a three
    year agreement with Tyler Technologies for $187,347.12 to support and host the

    6.u Consider a request from Parks & Recreation to approve the annual contract in the
    amount of $150,000 with Carolina Travel Sports, LLC to provide referees, umpires and
    scorekeepers for youth and adult athletic leagues.

    6.v Consider a request from the Police Department to purchase sixteen (16) 2023 Police
    Interceptor vehicles from Wade Ford. These vehicles are currently in stock and ready to
    be shipped. Fleet highly recommends moving forward with the purchase of these units.
    The total cost is $798,60 and funds were budgeted in the FY24 budget.

    6.w Consider a request from Public Utilities to renew the Utility Service Co., Inc. contract in
    the amount of $607,715.30 for annual inspection and maintenance of the Town’s
    water storage tanks. The Scope of Work for all tanks was previously approved by the
    Board of Commissioners. Work in FY24 includes a full exterior recoating of the two 4

    6.x Consider a request from Public Utilities to approve a purchase order for $260,000
    ($100,000 for WTP1 and $160,000 for WTP2) with UNIVAR for the purchase of
    water treatment chemicals for the fiscal year.

    Mooresville Water Shortage Response Plan, as required by NCGS 143-355(l).

    Replacement.
    Consider awarding a contract for Professional Services to Willis Engineers for professional
    services related to the design and permitting of a new regional pump station in an amount
    not to exceed $509,000. The existing Reeds Creek Pump Station (located on the
    Mooresville Golf Course property) has been modified multiple times and can no longer be
    expanded or renovated to accommodate future wastewater flows from the western

    Consider Text Amendment-2023-02 (TA-2023-02) amending the Unified Development
    Ordinance (UDO) to add a driveway permit section, update the uses permitted in
    various zoning districts, make minor modifications throughout, and provide
    clarification and/or remove conflicts.

    Consider Text Amendment-2023-01 (TA-2023-01) amending the Unified Development
    Ordinance (UDO) to allow Accessory Structure Sales. Sheds by Design is seeking a text
    amendment to the Towns Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to allow Accessory
    Structure Sales in the Community Commercial (CC) and Hybrid Light Industrial (HLI) zoning
